Dr. Charles M. Palminteri
.  Originally from sunny Florida he joins APM and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the practice.  He was privlidged enough to study under some of the best doctors in the profession today.  Dr Palminteri believes in a healthcare philosophy that does not rely on drugs or modern medicine!  Remember the human body is a self healing orginism created by God and does not need sick care to restore health.  Optimization of the human bodys true potential can only be achieved by balance and the removal of dangerous spinal subluxations.   It has five main components which he believes and educated his patients:

1. Proper Spinal and Nerve function:  Without a doubt the most important of all the steps.  Without the nervous system there is no body, no hrealth, no nothing!! Chiropractic care keeps your spine aligned and thus keeps your nerves and your spinal cord healthy. There is no substitute for chiropractic care! Chiropractic care is not an alternative to medicine; it is the science, art and philosophy of keeping your spine healthy!

2. Nutrition: Nutrition is ever evolving and involves using specific nutrition to get the best out of your body. Dr Palminteri will use specific techniques and protocols that will enable the patient to cleanse the body and restore the normal nutrition necessary to have proper function. Remember if it wasn't aroung 10,000 years ago you shouldn't be eating it. 

3. Exercise: Proper movement is essential for health;  Dr Palminteri's  patients adopt health exercise programs which help build muscles and restore cardiac function. A properly prescribed exercise program energizes the patient and allows the body to move toward ideal weight and function.

4. Stress Management: For a person to be healthy they must understand the harmful effects of stress - physical, mental and chemical stress. Dr P strives to reduce stress in all areas; getting their patients mentally, physically and chemically less stressed allows the body to move towards proper function and health.

5. Time Management: In order to have good health a person must find time to eat well, think well and move well!  Recognizing the importance of proper time management and thus teach time management skills to his patients.
